Bij ViverAI hechten we grote waarde aan de privacy van onze klanten en de veiligheid van hun bedrijfsgegevens. Deze privacyverklaring legt uit hoe wij omgaan met gegevens bij het ontwikkelen van AI-gestuurde softwareoplossingen.
1. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?
Wij verwerken uitsluitend gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van de softwareoplossingen:
Technische gegevens: Loggegevens die nodig zijn voor het beheer en de beveiliging van de opgeleverde software.
Contactgegevens: Namen, zakelijke e-mailadressen en telefoonnummers van contactpersonen.
Projectgegevens: Informatie die nodig is om de AI-oplossing te bouwen, zoals functionele eisen, systeemarchitectuur en data-input ten behoeve van training of configuratie (mits specifiek overeengekomen).
